It was quick

We felt comfortable from the time we walked in the door. The Floor Manager met us at the door and he got Kyle, who was our salesman right away. We had talked with Kyle on the phone for quite a long time the day before we headed to Layton. He helped us work through what truck we wanted and needed for our purposes.

Young Buick in Layton has an amazing service department. From those who set appointments to those who service the cars they always handle the situation professionally. Being a widow they make me feel comfortable when asking questions. I've always been treated with respect!!! Thanks to all!

Great service

Rick GM, Hannah sales and Jackson finance were absolutely awesome!! Came in to have my 2022 GMC AT4 3500 worked on and ended up buying a new 2026 GMC SLT 2500. The experience was so great that my wife traded in her 2021 GMC Acadia AT4 for a 2026 GMC Elevation that same evening. How often does that happen? If you want a great experience see these folks at Young GMC in Layton Utah.

Hannah and Rick are the best

Communicated very well and helped with feedback and found that I had a free gm oil change so used that. I had my oil done at another dealer a few months ago and that dealer said nothing about it. So I really appreciated their honesty. I will get my service done here at Young Layton GMC from now on.
