I have loved the service but it’s been taking extra long lately. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and a half or more. It’s ok if you can just leave but I have to stay and wait. Also, their tv has not been working for two weeks now.

Service personnel seemed too busy to be bothered by me. It took 90+ minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. After the long wait the invoice was wrong and it took 10 minutes to get it fixed.

I had been going to Young in Layton for over 20 years and had an issue with the sales department and moved my service to a different dealer. I came back to Young after they revamped their Sales. I had a pleasant experience with the service department and plan on returning for service on my Buick
